Extended Range Wreck Diving

 

Description
The Extended Range Wreck Diving course (formerly known as Advanced Wreck Diving) will teach you how to plan and perform limited penetration dives within the light zone of a wreck to a maximum depth of 40m. You will learn overhead buoyancy and propulsion skills, use of navigation lines and how to react to the unique hazards present in overhead environments. The course can be completed wearing a single-cylinder with either a pony cylinder or H/Y valve, sidemount or a twin set configuration.

All our courses are conducted by experienced technical diving instructors and instructor trainers.

Prerequisites
Enriched Air Diver
24 or more dives

Schedule
Day One
Theory, Equipment Workshop and Confined Water Training (Approximately 90-120 minutes)

Day Two
Overhead Dives One and Two (Approximately 90-120 minutes)
​
Day Three
Overhead Dives Three and Four (Approximately 90-120 minutes)

Included / Excluded
Sidemount or Twinset equipment rental, dives, digital Overhead Environment manual and certification upon successful completion of the course.
​

Personal diving equipment, such as mask fins and an exposure suit is not included but can be rented for 500 THB for the duration of the course.

A dive computer is not included but can be rented for 500 THB for the duration of the course.
